Positive: Very clean, lovely staff very reasonably priced.

Negative: Nothing to dislike really some very small issues that would be useful are, area for hanging clothes was functional however long clothes would trail on the floor as the hanging bar was only waist high, there was a hook on wall over radiator which could be used but not for a lot of items. Hook on back of the bathroom door would also have been useful. Even with these small issues we would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends.

Positive: Mixed bag. Saturday, top notch. Food beyond excellent. Beer as well. Me and my friend managed to spend £100.00 in the bar and was happy. Next day, not so much. Breakfast was planned at 8am (their timings) but when we came down there was no one around. No light in the kitchen, nothing. We waited until 8.25 and had to go as we now needed to find breakfast, which sadly turned out to be a sausage roll. Not the best for the morning. So extra expense we didn’t need.

Negative: The owner not getting up to do our breakfast. I had after all paid for it and as it happens it has still not been refunded or any communications at all. So so sad after what was a great Saturday night.

Summary: A stay of two half’s. One excellent and the other very disappointing.
